Raman microscopy/spectroscopy allows control of different chemical processes, as well as material characterization (e.g. Raman mapping). In Raman microscopy/spectroscopy laboratories, it is necessary to provide stable power supply, anti-vibration table, constant temperature and controlled light source. Before working with the Raman microscope, it is necessary to select the appropriate laser, adjust the appropriate laser wavelength and power, and perform the calibration of the instrument.
